The world of sport will gather in Riyadh in exactly four months’ time for the 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games in the spirit of peace, unity and hope. Taking place from 7–21 November this year, Riyadh 2025 marks a special homecoming as the Games return to Saudi Arabia 20 years after the first edition was held in the cities of Mecca, Medina, Jeddah and Taif.

The Islamic Solidarity Games welcome athletes from the 57 member countries of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. A unique celebration of sport and shared values, Riyadh 2025 will bring together diverse cultures and communities from across the globe.

With 21 sports and 2 para sports on the programme, Riyadh 2025 provides a powerful platform for elite competition. Riyadh’s world-class sports facilities and growing reputation for staging global events make it the perfect host for this milestone edition.
