The countdown to Riyadh 2025 has reached a new milestone: in just 60 days, the world of sport will gather in Riyadh for the 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games. Running from 7–21 November, the Games will bring the sporting world together through the shared values of peace, unity, and hope.

Riyadh 2025 holds special significance, marking a momentous return to Saudi Arabia exactly 20 years after the nation hosted the inaugural edition in 2005.

Preparations are entering their final phase as the city prepares itself to host approximately 3,500 athletes from the 57 member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Featuring a programme of 21 sports and 2 para sports, Riyadh 2025 will showcase elite competition and outstanding athletic achievement.

Riyadh's investment in world-class facilities and its proven track record in staging global events make it the perfect host for this milestone edition. Venues are set across four venue clusters in Riyadh – Boulevard, the Olympic Complex, Al Janadriyah and Malaz and the finishing touches are being made on the Athletes' Village to ensure all athletes’ needs are supported to perform on the world stage.
