The 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh marked a return to Saudi Arabia, which held the first edition across the cities of Mecca, Medina, Jeddah and Taif in 2005. It set bold new standards for the Islamic Solidarity Games and united athletes from the ISSA’s 57 member countries to showcase their inspiring stories to the world.
